Ian Church – President
As a lifelong long local resident Ian began riding the local OFSC trails in the early 1990's. He became a club volunteer a few years later with the Ball Mountain Club (the previous name of the Stoney Lake Sno Riders). For the past 6 years Ian has been a board member. In the Fall of 2010, Ian was elected president of the Stoney Lake Sno Riders Snowmobile Club. Wayne Orcutt – Director, Trail Patrol
Wayne's volunteering experience with organized snowmobile clubs across Ontario is extensive and spans many decades. Wayne has been a volunteer with the Stoney Lake Sno Riders on and off over the past 7 years. Wayne was President from 2008 to 2009 and involved with Trail Patrol and Trail Work. Previously, he was the President of the neighbouring Buckhorn District Snowmobile Club (BDSC) from 2007 to 2008 where he oversaw Trail Patrol duties. He has volunteered previously wiht the Lincoln Snowmobile Club in Jordan Ontario where he was President from 1981-1983. Wayne also volunteered for the Hiil & Gully Snowmobile Club in Port Sydney way back in 1976-1978. Wayne used to ride in Niagara, NY and the Huntsville Area when he lived in St. Catherines. Wayne has been a resident of the Woodview area for 15 years, when he joined up with the Bald Mountain Snowmobile Club (which ultimately changed its name to the Stoney Lake Sno Riders). Wayne continues to enjoy trail work and trail patrol with too few volunteers - so please, if you're interested contact us! Wayne feels that while we could always use more volunteers, the ones we do have are the best in his opinion and experience - thanks Wayne!
